Charles and Jane (Ruark) Fulks were married in Spencer County, Indiana. They apparently lived in Union County, Kentucky between 1856 and 1862, as their four children were born there. They moved back to Spencer County afterwards.
Jane (Ruark) Fulks' brother, Samuel W. Ruark passed away in Uniontown, Union County, after raising his family in Spencer Co., IN.
