Hazel Phelps (1808KY-1889KY) married Sarah "Sally" Ruark (1811KY-1889KY) After the death of Sally's father, Timothy, in 1843 Sally's sister Nancy came to live with them. Nancy is believed to have been mentally handicapped. I've often wondered what happened to Sally and Hazel, as they died on the same day - 13 October 1889.
