James Buchanan Ruark (@1857NC-1934) married Sally Porter (@1857NC- ). They can be found in the 1880 census for Brunswick County, NC, but apparently moved to neighboring New Hanover County prior to 1910. James is the brother of Hanson K. Ruark, also of New Hanover County, and both are the sons of Hanson Kelly Ruark of Brunswick County, North Carolina.
