Timothy Ruark (1827-1855IA) is thought to have been born in Frederick County, Maryland, though that hasn't been proven yet. He married Martha Ann Crown (1828-1902) in Clark County, Missouri, in 1849. The marriage is unusual, though, as neither family seems to have lived in Missouri. Perhaps they eloped? Timothy is buried in the Farmington City Cemetery, Van Buren County, Iowa.
