Forrest Melvin "Dick" Ruark (1911IA-1983IA) was born in Farmington, Van Buren County, Iowa. He married Emma Bernice Mills on July 31, 1932, in Macomb, McDonough Co., Illinois. He passed away in Keokuk, Lee County, IA. Dick and Emma had 5 children, some or all of which are still living and have their own children.
