Jane K. Ruark (1829NC-1881IN) - md Charles M. Fulks (1834TN- ) in 1855 in Spencer Co., IN. Charles was the son of Ephraim and Susan (Smith) Fulks. They must have lived for a time in Kentucky, as their children were born there. All four children passed away in Spencer County, Indiana.

• Calperna Fulks (1856KY-1938IN) - md Andrew J. Cron in 1872 in Spencer County.
• Caroline Fulks (1858KY-1900IN) - md Larkin B. Morris in Spencer County, Indiana in 1882.
• Francis Marion Fulks (1859KY-1934IN) - md Eby Anna Thomas (1866- ). Eby was the daughter of Isaac and Amanda (Ruark) Thomas, and therefore was first cousins, once removed, with her husband. Francis was born in Union County, KY, and married Eby in Eureka, Spencer County, KY in 1884.
• Henry Clay Fulks (1862KY-1838IN) - md (1) Eliza Jane Smiley in 1883 in Spencer Co.. He md (2) Mary Florence Hullet in Spencer County in 1908.
