Henry Ruark (1780MD-@1852TN) was born in Dorchester County, Maryland, and married (1) Mary Parker. He married (2) Jane Walker (1791NC-1865IN) in 1816 in Caswell County, North Carolina. The entire family probably moved to Tennessee prior to 1842, as many of son William's children were born there. Henry died in Smith County, Tennessee in 1852, and Jane moved with her family around 1854 to Spencer County, Indiana. She's buried in Richarson Cemetery there.
